DISHWASHING DETERGENT FOR HARD WATER AREAS
Torrence is an aqueous blend of powerful alkalis, sequestrants and corrosion inhibitors formulated especially for the food industry
Torrence with it’s high sequestrant power will retard lime scale build up in both hard and soft water conditions and along with powerful detergency, copes with heavy soiling and control of tannin staining.
Excellent results are obtained in machine dishwashing operations including cutlery and glassware and equally spectacular results are obtained when used for cleaning trays and utensils (including industrial cleaning of steel components through spray washer equipment).
Combined use with Spectrum Lustre Rinse Aid provides the perfect system for dishwashing leaving all articles cleaned with a sparkling streak free finish.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use via Spectrum Automatic Dosing System with detergent concentration control adjusted to provide maximum results and economy (temp. 60-650C).
For hand feeding of Torrence dilute with 1-3 grams per litre of water.
